January

38 weeks

This is the big month! We are trying to just act natural every day and not focus on the fact that any day we could be headed to the hospital. Everything seems to be going fine and so we are just getting anxious to meet our little boy. His little bag is packed and the car seat is in. We are ready to go! I went to the doctor on Friday and I am dilated to a 0. Yep. He told me that they would wait until I am a week overdue before they would induce me so no matter what come the end of this month he is getting kicked out. (with love...) We have been making the most of each day, spending quality time together, and sleeping in because all that will soon come to an end...
January 2 marked two years since our first date! We celebrated by going out to Olive Garden and watched The Help. Dustin had given me the book The Help for my birthday and I read it in under 2 days because it was so fabulous and the movie was super good too. I recommend it!
Now school is back in full swing with quizzes galore. I have a test already coming up this month! Everything happens so fast. We have let our teachers know that one day we will be gone and so they have the heads up. BYU is pretty understanding with making up work from having a baby so we are grateful for that.
We are excited about this new year and all the it holds in store. I am sure there will be many challenges but with that comes blessings and good times as well. Each year we love the time we are able to spend with our family and friends and we are so grateful for the wonderful examples in our lives.
Next post will be Baby Hanson's debut so...
STAY TUNED!!
